Come spend an hour journaling by the lake at sunset with other Loyola students!

Starting college is a big transition, and sometimes it's nice to just slow down and check in with yourself. We'll use a few guided journal prompts to talk through how college has been going so far, what's been good, what's been hard, what we might be missing from home, and the little things that help us feel like ourselves.

This is a very low-key, no-pressure meetup. You don't need to be "good" at journaling or share anything you write. Just bring a journal, something to write with, and come as you are.
